Processing time

In-stock orders are normally packed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare the order before the carrier receives it. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted.

Shipping method

Most United States orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage. Another comparable tracked service may be used when it is more suitable for the package. The checkout page shows the shipping charge before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, address problems, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent after the order is prepared. Tracking may take up to one business day to begin showing movement.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. An address can only be changed before the order has been packed or transferred to the carrier. We cannot guarantee that an address-change request will be seen in time.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, the local carrier office, and nearby delivery locations first. Contact us after those checks so we can help document the issue. Carrier investigations and replacement decisions are handled case by case.

Preorders

Any preorder product will state its estimated shipping window on the product page. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products may be held and shipped together unless the listing says otherwise.

Holiday delays

Processing and transit can take longer during major holidays. Any temporary processing change will be shown on the website announcement bar.
